Marlen is a very energetic puppy and Room and Groom kept him very busy. We got daily updates and pictures of our four legged baby and he always looked so happy. I would highly recommend them. Next time we go out of town we won’t be worried about his well being when we take him back.

We have been using you all for boarding for several years but our most recent visit last week was the best ever! One of our dogs, Cocoa, is very particular on who she allows in her "circle." Cocoa loved these people! Our other dog Spot also felt very comfortable with them. The owner's daughters loved on our babies giving belly rubs and ear scratches and the owner sent me daily updates with pictures. I honestly was nervous when I found out the previous owner was no longer there. I didn't know what to expect but I am so glad we boarded our dogs here. These are the nicest people you could ever meet and they love what they do. We will never go anywhere else.

These folks are great with our Doberman Sarge. Sarge is a big lap dog and they treated him like their own. He met a new friend named Jack and they played well together. They constantly provided updates and sent pictures while we were away. Definitely recommend for any boarding needs.

We have been boarding our bulldogs here for 3 years. The new owners are terrific and are making outstanding improvements to the facility. Thorough communication and great customer service are the norm and the report cards are a nice touch. We are moving to Ormond Beach in July and will drive our bullies here for boarding in December if we do not find a boarding service equivalent to the service they provide. Thank you for taking such good care of Rocco & Stella.

They were great with our boy Jack!! It was our first time boarding our dog ever and definitely will use you Family Farms again. We had a week long vacation and Jack did as well too!! They were great with him and always kept us in tune with his days by sending pictures and letting us know how his day was going. We never once worried about our baby we knew he was in good hands. They are very caring and compassionate!!

We have been going to Room & Groom for years, so even when they went under new ownership as Family Farms we didn't hesitate to stay. The new owners are so sweet and are making amazing improvements to the facility. Extremely thorough communication and great customer service. I absolutely adored their 'report cards' - each described our dogs perfectly so I know they were cared for and they spent time getting to know them.
